২.  সেবার  ধরন

IDBazar.com  একটি  অনলাইন  মার্কেটপ্লেস,  যেখানে  ব্যবহারকারীরা  ফেসবুক,  ইনস্টাগ্রাম,  ইউটিউব  বা  অন্যান্য  সোশ্যাল  মিডিয়া  অ্যাকাউন্ট  ক্রয়-বিক্রয়  করতে  পারবেন।
প্ল্যাটফর্মটি  কেবল  একটি  মধ্যস্থতাকারী    সিস্টেম  সরবরাহ  করে  এবং  সরাসরি  লেনদেনের  দায়ভার  বহন  করে  না।

৩.  ব্যবহারকারীর  যোগ্যতা

• ব্যবহারকারী  কমপক্ষে  ১৮  বছর  বয়সী  হতে  হবে

• বৈধ  ও  হালনাগাদ  তথ্য  প্রদান  করতে  হবে

• ভুয়া  বা  জালিয়াতি  অ্যাকাউন্ট  বিক্রয়  করা  নিষিদ্ধ

• অবৈধ  বা  অন্য  কারও  আইডি  বিক্রি  করা  যাবে  না

৪.  ক্রয়-বিক্রয়  নীতি

• ক্রেতা  পণ্যের  বিবরণ  যাচাই  করে  ক্রয়  করবেন

• বিক্রেতা  সঠিক  তথ্য  (ফলোয়ার  সংখ্যা,  অ্যাকাউন্টের  বৈধতা,  পাসওয়ার্ড  প্রদান  ইত্যাদি)  দিতে  বাধ্য

• উভয়  পক্ষের  সম্মতিতে  লেনদেন  সম্পন্ন  হবে

• প্রতারণামূলক  কার্যক্রমে  প্ল্যাটফর্ম  অ্যাকাউন্ট  স্থগিত  বা  বাতিল  করতে  পারে

৫.  ডেলিভারি  সময়সীমা

• বিক্রেতা  নির্ধারিত  সময়ের  মধ্যে  অ্যাকাউন্ট  ক্রেতাকে  হস্তান্তর  করবেন

• সাধারণত  ২৪–৭২  ঘন্টার  মধ্যে  লেনদেন  সম্পন্ন  করতে  হবে

• নির্ধারিত  সময়  অতিক্রম  করলে  ক্রেতা  অভিযোগ  জানাতে  পারবেন

৬.  পেমেন্ট  সিস্টেম

• সকল  লেনদেন  নিরাপদ  বাংলাদেশের  অনুমোদিত  পেমেন্ট  গেটওয়ের  মাধ্যমে  হবে

• ক্রেতা  অ্যাকাউন্ট  গ্রহণ  ও  যাচাই  করার  আগে  বিক্রেতাকে  সরাসরি  অর্থ  প্রদান  করবেন  না

• যাচাই  শেষে  সিস্টেম  থেকে  অর্থ  বিক্রেতার  কাছে  রিলিজ  করা  হবে

৭.  মূল্যফেরত  (Refund  Policy)

• যদি  অ্যাকাউন্ট  প্রদান  করা  না  হয়  বা  বিভ্রান্তিকর  তথ্য  থাকে  →  পূর্ণ  মূল্য  ফেরত  দেওয়া  হবে

• ক্রেতাকে  নির্দিষ্ট  সময়ের  মধ্যে  অভিযোগ  জানাতে  হবে

• অনুমোদিত  পেমেন্ট  গেটওয়ের  মাধ্যমে  অর্থ  ফেরত  প্রক্রিয়া  করা  হবে

৮.  অ্যাকাউন্ট  হস্তান্তর  ও  নিরাপত্তা

• বিক্রেতা  অবশ্যই  ক্রেতার  কাছে  পাসওয়ার্ড  ও  সম্পূর্ণ  লগইন  তথ্য  সঠিকভাবে  হস্তান্তর  করবেন

• ক্রেতা  অ্যাকাউন্ট  গ্রহণের  পর  সম্পূর্ণ  নিয়ন্ত্রণ  পাবেন

• প্ল্যাটফর্ম  হ্যাকিং  বা  অন্য  ধরনের  নিরাপত্তা  লঙ্ঘনের  জন্য  দায়ী  নয়

৯.  বিক্রয়োত্তর  সেবা  (After-Sales  Support)

• বিক্রেতা  প্রয়োজনে  সীমিত  সময়ের  জন্য  সহায়তা  দিতে  পারেন  (পাসওয়ার্ড  রিসেট,  লগইন  সহায়তা)

• কোনো  সমস্যা  দেখা  দিলে  প্রথমে  বিক্রেতার  সঙ্গে  যোগাযোগ  করতে  হবে

• প্রয়োজন  হলে  প্ল্যাটফর্ম  মধ্যস্থতা  করতে  পারে

১০.  নিষিদ্ধ  কার্যকলাপ

নিম্নোক্ত  কাজগুলো  কঠোরভাবে  নিষিদ্ধ:

• অন্যের  আইডি  বিক্রি  করা

• ভুয়া  বা  অবৈধ  অ্যাকাউন্ট  তৈরি/বিক্রয়

• প্রতারণা  বা  জালিয়াতি

• প্ল্যাটফর্মের  অপব্যবহার

১১.  ব্যবহারকারীর  দায়িত্ব

• ব্যবহারকারী  তার  অ্যাকাউন্ট  ও  লেনদেনের  নিরাপত্তার  জন্য  দায়ী

• প্ল্যাটফর্ম  কোনো  ব্যক্তিগত  ক্ষতি  বা  তথ্য  চুরি/হ্যাকের  জন্য  দায়ী  নয়

১২.  অ্যাকাউন্ট  স্থগিত/বাতিল

শর্ত  লঙ্ঘন,  প্রতারণা  বা  অভিযোগের  প্রমাণের  ক্ষেত্রে,  প্ল্যাটফর্ম  অ্যাকাউন্ট  স্থগিত  বা  বাতিল  করতে  পারে।

১৩.  আইন  মেনে  চলা

• এই  প্ল্যাটফর্ম  বাংলাদেশ  সরকারের  প্রযোজ্য  আইন,  DBID  ও  অন্যান্য  ডিজিটাল  ব্যবসা/ই-কমার্স  নির্দেশিকা  মেনে  চলে

• প্রয়োজনে  প্রশাসনিক  বা  আইনগত  কর্তৃপক্ষের  অনুরোধে  তথ্য  প্রদান  করা  হতে  পারে

১৪.  পরিবর্তন

আমরা  যেকোনো  সময়  এই  শর্তাবলী  পরিবর্তন  করতে  পারি।  পরিবর্তনগুলো  এই  পেজে  প্রকাশ  করা  হবে।

3. User Qualifications

• Must provide valid and updated information
• Selling fake or fraudulent accounts is prohibited

4. Purchase and Sale Policy
• Buyer shall verify the product details before purchasing
• Seller is obliged to provide correct information (number of followers, account validity, password provision, etc.)
• Transaction shall be completed with the consent of both parties

5. Delivery Time
• Seller shall transfer the account to the buyer within the stipulated time
• Transaction shall be completed within 24-72 hours usually

• Buyer shall not pay directly to the seller before accepting and verifying the account

• Buyer must file a complaint within the stipulated time
